I am a licensed attorney in the state of Washington. I have been practicing law in Spokane County since 1993, after I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

I mainly provides flat-fee legal services for agreed and uncontested legal matters. If you want a divorce or legal separation and your spouse agrees or will not contest the case, I can quote one low price for everything involved with the divorce or legal separation, from filing to finishing. This even includes the court appearance.

A quote is available for other uncontested family law matters such as parenting plan establishment and modification, and child support establishment and modification. Since every case is different, call (509) 324-0238  for a quote.

I also prepare Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and some real property deeds, such as Quit Claim Deeds and Transfer on Death deeds, at reasonable prices.  Call me for more information. 

If you want a "do-it-yourself" divorce, I will be happy to prepare the documents you'll need to represent yourself in court. This option is likely to cost less because I will only be preparing court documents for you. Don't forget to ask for a quote when you contact us.

I am a solo practitioner, which means you'll deal with me directly at all times instead of working with a legal assistant, paralegal, or clerk. I will personally draft all the paperwork for you.

I generally only file cases in Spokane County, Washington (I make an exception for "do-it-yourself" cases).   However, I can be persuaded to file a case in Lincoln County or Stevens County once in a while. It doesn't hurt to ask!
