I am a licensed attorney in the state of Washington. I have been practicing law in Spokane County since 1993. I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

I mainly provides flat-fee legal services for agreed and uncontested legal matters. If you want a divorce and your spouse agrees, I can quote one low price for everything involved with the divorce, from filing to finishing. This even includes the court appearance.

If you want a "do-it-yourself" divorce, I will be happy to prepare the documents you'll need to represent yourself in court. This option is cheaper because I will only be preparing documents for you. Don't forget to ask for a quote when you contact us.

I was a solo practitioner, which means you'll deal with me directly at all times instead of working with a legal assistant, paralegal, or clerk. I will personally draft all the paperwork for you.

Remember that I only takes cases that will be filed in Spokane County, WA. However, I can be persuaded to file a case in Lincoln County or Stevens County once in a while. It doesn't hurt to ask!
